porcelain jewels
Porcelain jewels made during my time at the Rietveld Academy. The idea was to combine craftsmanship with technology in them. To this end, the extrusion technique was applied, using a piping bag for cake making, into which the porcelain paste was introduced. Upon squeezing, unique organic forms came out thanks to the material used and the nozzle of each piping bag. In the work the intention was to greatly enhance the colour so that the objects, once placed on the lapel of the garment, would stand out and catch the eye. |
